This is a transformative form of energy work that gets to the root of old patterns and issues, removing the stagnant energy and allowing new positive programs and energy flows to occur. During this session, you will lie fully clothed on a massage table, and can be covered with a blanket if you choose. I will talk throughout the session, explaining what I am doing and experiencing, and may ask you questions as well. Normally this session is not hands on, though occasionally I will ask permission to lay hands on different energy centres.

The goal of these sessions is to help release deep ingrained patterns and trauma, freeing you to make decisions and see life as you are now, not through the lens of your inner child. Soul Healing is a journey, not a quick fix, and requires work from you as well. In may ways, it is like therapy without having to really talk about everything, though you are always welcome to!
